Law suit against Trump for Violating US constitution
Trump’s restaurants and hotels have benefited unfairly by doing business with foreign regimes. A Federal court in New York is going to hear oral arguments in this week regarding the allegations.
It’s confirmed that the Law Firm Gupta wrestler PLLC will argue on behalf of the Govt Watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics Washington and others on Wednesday that Donald Trump violated the emoluments clause , which prevents the President from accepting gifts or other benefits form other nations leaders with out the consent of Congress.
Deepak Gupta argue that Donald Trump is violating these clauses in a number of ways, including through patronage by foreign and domestic governments at the Trump International Hotels in Washington, D.C. and New York, leases held by foreign governments at New York’s Trump Tower, and other business dealings in foreign countries,” the law firm said on its WEBSITE.
Donald Trump and the White House have dismissed the suit and similar, saying that he has not violated the clause because he handed over management of his family’s companies to his children and handed over ownership of his personal trust.
